Terms for using Margo Hart

The service is for people aged 18 or older. By starting a conversation or creating an account, you confirm that you are an adult and can agree to these terms.

Who you are speaking with

Margo Hart is a real person and the creator behind the approach. Margo Digital is an AI companion shaped around that approach. AI replies are labeled “Margo Digital”; replies written personally by Margo on eligible plans are labeled “Margo personally”. Do not assume an unlabeled or digital reply was written by Margo herself.

What the service is—and is not

The service offers private emotional companionship, reflection, conversation practice, and adult role-play within the stated boundaries. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical or legal advice, emergency support, or a crisis service. No plan includes intimate services, in-person meetings, or a guaranteed personal relationship with Margo.

Guest conversation and account access

You may receive a small number of Margo Digital replies before creating an account. Guest messages are processed to generate those replies and are not enabled for long-term conversation storage by default. If you choose to continue, first confirm your email using a one-time link, then create a password for future sign-in. Keep access to your email and password secure.

Your conversations and choices

You choose whether conversation history, memory, sensitive memory, proactive check-ins, or a summary for requested human follow-up may be stored or used. Available controls can be changed in your account. Details about processing, recipients, retention, and your rights are in the Privacy Notice.

Adult conversation and role-play boundaries

Consensual fictional role-play and conversation about relationships, intimacy, fantasies, power, or a firmer dynamic may be available to adults. You must not use the service for content involving minors, coercion, exploitation, non-consensual harm, illegal activity, credible threats, stalking, or abuse. Margo Digital may stop or redirect a conversation when safety or scope boundaries apply.

Human replies and availability

Human-written replies are asynchronous and available only where the selected plan explicitly includes them. Response windows are estimates, not guaranteed real-time availability. You decide whether an approved summary from the digital conversation may be shared when you request human follow-up.

AI limitations

Margo Digital can misunderstand context, produce inaccurate information, or respond in ways you did not expect. Use your own judgment and seek an appropriate qualified professional when a decision may materially affect health, safety, finances, rights, or another person.

Plans, trials, renewal, and cancellation

Before checkout, we show the price, currency, billing interval, trial terms, renewal terms, and included access. You may cancel future renewal using the account or support route provided to you. Cancellation does not automatically reverse a completed billing period unless the displayed refund terms or applicable law require it.

Optional paid content

A plan may provide access to separately offered creator materials such as a video recommendation, voice note, reflective exercise, private mini-analysis, role-play prompt, closed post, or a clearly described photo or video bonus. An offer must show the actual item, format, price, and delivery terms before purchase. It is not automatically included in the subscription unless the plan or offer says so, and it does not include intimate services or an in-person meeting.

Voluntary creator support

A creator-support payment is a voluntary one-time tip, not a subscription or charitable donation. It does not unlock paid features, priority replies, personal contact, or meetings. The amount and payment provider are shown before confirmation.

Acceptable use and your content

Only send content you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate another person, expose someone else’s private information, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service for unlawful conduct. You remain responsible for what you submit and for decisions you make after a conversation.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be paused, or remain unavailable while integrations are being completed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular emotional outcome, or that Margo Digital will always respond in a specific style. Material changes affecting a paid plan will be communicated where required.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or ended for a material breach, safety risk, fraud, payment failure, unlawful use, or a security threat. You may stop using the service and request deletion through the Privacy page. Rights and obligations that by nature continue after closure—including payment records, disputes, intellectual property, and safety obligations—remain in effect.
